Its a shame that the Defender Parts Catalogue isn't as good as the one for the FC101 - that has exploded drawings of everything and a complete list of all fixings with part numbers:

ive pretty much done a complete ground up rebuild in stainless fixings. i bought most of the special bolts like doors etc as a bolt pack, but pretty much everything else has just been a case of buying a job lot of m6/8/10 in various sizes and seen whats looks best/fits best as I go.
