Yeh as long as it's got a better range than the current one... which seems to be about 2m!

The keys/blades are compatible, but the electronics in the fob are completely different. The Defender 10AS unit is made by Lucas (!), and the Disco 2 BCU is made by Valeo. The coding of the keys is totally different, so this is a non starter. I do away with the 10AS fobs anyhow, and replace them with clifford fobs. Much smaller, but still seperate. |

Or alternatively, and this actually works, simply touch the fob to your head and it works from up to 30' away. Ideal in the pouring rain when you forget to lock it but are already inside drying off! 2001 TD5 110 DCPU in Bonatti Grey |

aye, suppose if these actually work (i.e. can be programmed from the Nanocom) then I'll take a couple. How much are we talking about? 2001 TD5 110 DCPU in Bonatti Grey

I was sceptical about this for years, but it really does make a difference! Does anyone know why or how the human head has this effect, and what does using it in this way do to the contents? |

Doesn't the head somehow act as a signal amplifier????... never tried pointing it on other parts of the body to see if it has the same effect ........ but I think I've found a new game for tomorrow morning As to what effect it has..... hev\zhcf\vc zjjjjjhjjhjhjjj ..... none that I've noticed. Yes but if you modify it and use your head you get even further range...you head only takes you so far. Mike |
