Water entering through the side intake should easily drain away at the bottom of the airbox anyway, its not like water is being forced up the drain hole like in the event of a fast drive into deep water which could lead to water breaching the air filter and hence getting a MAF fault.
cheapest way I know of a decent diagnostic is an android phone, a bluetooth OBDII key and a app called "torque". it reads all puma faults and can clear them. |

Hi Kez, is your special wash open in the evenings? On an awayday to Exeter tomorrow so thought I could call in and get all the dead flies etc: washed off on my way home.

Sorry for the tardy reply, but for what it's worth, when I purchased new vents for the wings, the instructions said, do not pressure wash too close to the vent... |
