Haven't seen that before
Can she do a hard reset easily? Disconnect both battery leads, wait 5/ 10 mins and then touch together before reconnecting. |

Battery leads off etc,
Fuses out, AC relay out, nothing, Suspecting heater resistor, taken it to Alex at Staffordshire 4x4, he'll sort it. |
