Planning an expedition in.... Scotland
Wink we're looking to have a short stay in Scotland, Skye region or in the neighbourhoud of Inverness to allow us to travel around. We're looking for a cottage for two. But we can't come over with our Defender, it would take us too long to get there as we only have one week. Any chance to find a Def to hire somewhere over there? Or am I just dreaming?
Any suggestion on location or car hire would be helpfull Very Happy puma 2.2 MY2013

Hi,
Did a google as well, and found this: http://wildtrax.co.uk/vehicle-details/

Maybe it depends on where you're arriving - flight or train. I seem to remember a few companies doing Defenders in town - but maybe not so much recently since production stopped.

I'm close to Inverness, and know the whole area pretty well, so if you're looking for more specific advice on cottages, locations etc, just ask. Happy to help. Donald
