I bit more Googling suggests that UZEL is a Turkish manufacturer of auto parts and, amongst other things, tractors, so they probably made the wheels for Land Rover.
TS4364 is some sort of manufacturing standard, as it comes up in connection with wheels for other manufacturers including Renault and Nissan. If the rim really is 6.5 inches wide and it's not Wolf version (with the holes) then it could be one of a number of variants for either the old forward controls or early 127/130's. The latter used ANR1534's before the Wolf wheel came on the scene. Earlier versions were for tubed tyres but there are a few variations depending on when it was made. I'm pretty sure that they all have the part number stamped on them somewhere but they might be hidden beneath layers of paint. Got and pictures? I expect they are Turkish, because they were made in Turkey for the Otokar Military Land Rover variant, made under license, for the Turkish ( and other) Military forces, and as such prob are 6.5 " wide , the same as the 127/130 /1 ton rims.

Yup, looks like an ANR1534 but made in Turkey rather than the UK. Darren
