The lad is a good enough driver and knows his vehicle well but are any of you really surprised that Defenders can do this especially in a nice big flat field ? Childs play to a defender unless many of you on here have hardly ever driven your Defenders hard off road ? Nice Video though - Thanks for sharing . 2006 DEFENDER 90 TD5 CSW XS

There is a big difference between crawling in 1st gear low-range over some big boulders and driving at high speed over a much less extreme but still off-road terrain. I have done the former but I am still surprised at how well the Landy endured that abuse especially given it is 35 years old. That is a lot of strain to put a 35 year old drivetrain and suspension through and to have no major problems I find quite surprising. Matt.
