Anyone who travelled to Morocco - was the International Driving Licence mandatory at the borders or did you get away with just the UK licence? MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html

Given the international driving licence is cheap as chips it's probably not a bad idea to take one.

Thoroughly recommended. The ferry takes only half an hour and goes every hour from 8am till 8pm I think. Quick and pleasant, in fact you use the time to get your passports stamped. A bit of a wait in Tangiers for the custom guys to sort out temporary import form (or sth like that) for your truck. They will ask you if you're carrying anything of value, I mentioned all I could think off like laptops, mobile phones, cameras etc and in the end they only noted down my surfboards. Overall a very smooth and pleasant transaction as everyone is very polite. Get an insurance and some cash in the port if you'd like. And have your V5 ready along with passport and driving licence (standard plastic one is sufficient). MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html
