Couple of reasons....

I want to convert my two "garage queens" into a single car so I've put my Defender up for sale together with my 911.

I have a Transporter on order for March which I'll use as my daily driver. Once that arrives I'll also sell my A4 Avant so will go from 4 cars down to 2. That's the plan anyway!

Here's the 911

Ha ha....not quite. I'm after a 991 GT3 RS to replace the GTS and Defender. That'll be my weekend plaything and I'll have the Transporter to use as my daily. 110 DCPU

Lovely Defender.
My advice,...Sell EVERYTHING & buy a GT2, preferably a GT2RS!

I wish!!!

A 991 GT2 RS is impossible to get in the UK. I've owned 18 Porsche and can't even get into a new GT3! I'm going to have to pay circa £200K for a 2 year old 991 GT3 RS which which would have been in the region of £150K new.

I have owned a GT2 although that was a 996 version. 110 DCPU

Im starting to feel like david attenborough observing a caged bird being released into the wild ...sorry for this but Defenders are meant to be used and not kept in a guilded cage 12 months of the year ...whoever gets it i hope will put a few miles on it before the warranty is out or they may be in for a few repair bills Rolling with laughter good luck with your sale perhaps you could point the new caretaker to this site so we can see how the beast copes where it belongs in the wild!

I agree.....a lot of it is just down to finding the time. Although i wouldn’t take it out at this time of year anyway - I do hate salted roads! 110 DCPU
