Cheers dudes , pulled the wiring harness out of the chassis for a spot of re-routing , slowly removing the dashboard , the towels catch the draft , not sure what to do next , weld the chassis, weld the bulkhead , replace the front window with a series split screen , fit a flat roof , change the doors , gonna go for a removable rear n a removable front , just like I used to do with me mini’s , the list is endless

No need to fit a clutch servo just do the clutch pedal spring mod, it halved the effort required on mine and cost about £15. Plenty of posts on here about it. 2005 Td5 90 XS

It does not look like I have done much , but I sure have . Moved the fuses up cos my daughter likes deep water , can’t move the throttle pedal or crank sensor though this thing needs soooo much welding . Really need to work out a way of having a quick removable front , n back

Park switch is the white plastic bit that has a black X on drawn on it in razz's photo with wires going into it on the wiper motor. To be honest I wouldn't bother replacing it unless it does die, it's still very easy to get to even with the dash back in, just need to whip the corner piece off. Matt.
