I haven't made one yet, but I have some sheets of aluminium and some locking drawer slides waiting in my garage for some Round Tuits Rolling with laughter

I've not made a draw, but built a 18mm ply box with lift up 3/4 lid. Full width ,same height as the wheel boxes and roughly 800mm deep. Cost less than £40 Mr. Green The remaining bed length works really well for other bits such as drill/screw boxes buckets etc. It's not fixed and can be taken out quickly should I need the extra space such as getting the mixer in !!I've still not got round to covering it, and been in constant use for kit for 12 years Whistle
