Crimbo immobiliser woes
2012 110 CSW XS
After a very short drive last night we jumped out of the landy and I went to lock it using the pip but I noticed something wasn’t right. On inspection only the front doors had locked, I opened up the drivers door and hoped in. I tried to start the engine but as soon as I hit position 2 on the ignition barrel the alarm went off. I tried re locking but the pip was dead. Popped a fresh battery in but nothing. Tried the spare, still nothing. I’ve pulled the battery and left it 10 mins but still the same. Tried to find the EKA code but it’s missing, phones 2 suppliers including Land Rover and they can’t find a code for my vehicle! Apparently it’s quite common and will need to go to LR dealer. So before I trailer it to LR tomorrow is there anything I can try? Got a nanocom but haven’t got tdci unlock yet, would I need that considering it’s the same alarm type as td5 (which I have)? Will be plugging it in first thing just incase.

Not sure about the Tdci but on the TD5 there is a fuse under the drivers seat that is for the central locking .If it blows it has that exact affect, worth looking to see if that has gone. HR064 Hampshire and Berkshire 4x4 Response

@JJ your a legend! Fuse had blown, it was in the box under the steering wheel in this case.
