I just used a longer 60mm bolt on mine , otherwise to get it right nut falls off. I'm not convinced they are locking nuts either. I've just replaced with a new nut for now until I can get some nyloc's.

Wheels and tyres look great
I've been running the same size on my 110 for a few years, works well for me I didn't mess about measuring the lock stops, just fiddled about until I could get my fingers between the tyre and the suspension arms on full lock..... sorted |

had a ride out since setting them to max bolt with full lock nut & there is no rubbing, need to check for the 20mm clearness when I can get assistance to turn lock to lock but seems about there!

I don't worry about the 20mm just went with fingers in the gap method. No idea if it really needs 20mm minimum or not.

Managed to get the other steering lock bolt out with Stillson's an angle grinder and some help . Steering adjusted both sides and seems ok and not as bad as I thought it would be tbh.
