Interesting. Do you know the vehicle history?
As per grafty99 's post, it clearly looks like some form of siren control. I wonder if the 90 was ex police/military/fire/ambulance/coastguard/fell rescue or the like? |

It’s certainly not the sort of thing that would have been fitted to a police vehicle of that vintage. Suspect it’s the work of a slightly over enthusiastic have a go hero. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I watched Vacation http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1524930/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_7 over Christmas.
Has a very similar remote control for a car - first button tried just made the rear bumber drop off. 2nd button made the engine start, but pushing same button a 2nd time as self destruct - be warned! Fun film - I thought they were just cashing in on the Griswalds thing, but good in its own right. |
