I have been thinking a long about some pool ball gear knobs, available from eBay, but in the end I decided to buy the Croytec knobs. Much more better!

Any more thoughts on this, can I spray colour the originals?
Would like to do it as a homage to my old Series, but still not sure |

They do look nice, though I found when I had alloy gear knobs in my 110 for a few days it was horrible, it was ice cold for so so long! Only a little thing but worth thinking about

You'll be needing one of these then
Click image to enlarge Would be good if you could get them in LR colours or even within the gears/diff lock diagram on. |

This has always discussed me from buying alloy gear knobs. Would love a set of the leather covered ones but they are crazy hard to find these days. Would just like a set with texture I think, not super slick through years of wear... Maybe Pool ball knobs it is then |

If anyone wants old pool balls, we've got 100's at work (red/yellow and some blue)
they're resin, so will turn down on a lathe easily. |
