As anyone got information on fitting side windows, the bonded type like the puma, need to know where they are bonded and I believe there are small plastic spacers.
Many thanks Last edited by tolley on 2nd Nov 2017 1:04pm. Edited 1 time in total |

I fitted side windows from Masai 4x4 in my puma 90 HT - they are a mixture of rivet and bonded (to seal). if that's what you mean then I can help with info, if not then I have no idea sorry! My 90 Project : http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic52774.html

I had a load of holes to drill on the side of the truck (thu the predrilled holes in the frame) and pop riveted in place. You also use some glue to bond and seal it. My 90 Project : http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic52774.html

When I bonded mine in, there is a foam tape around the edge of the outer frame, I used tiger seal bead on the inside of the foam. Then used wooden wedges between the ali side panel and the internal window frame return/ flange.
24 hrs to cure then remove wedges |
