Yeah. I was eating my dinner in the kitchen at 6 one evening when I heard a trap spring in the cupboard behind me. Cheeky little b*****!!

I’ve caught 4 in all - I’m not buying it that this is the end though.

Was speaking to our local pest controller last week, he has 30 years experience and in all those years, this year is the worst he's even seen for mouse and rat problems. 2006 TD5110 station wagon

Our garage seems to be a mouse hotel !
We have to keep the Boxster outside now as the little devils did over a thousand pounds worth of damage to it about 18 months ago.

The field mice look for a nice dry home when it starts getting wet as their burrows become uninhabitable.

As it has been so wet over the last few months hoards of them seem to have taken up residence and we have all but given up trying to trap or bait them. Anything of value has been stored elsewhere and we will wait to spring to sort them out.

I've bought a set of those Big Cheese ultrasonic doobrees to deter our rodents while we're away over Christmas/New Year. I'll report back when we get home.

When I first met my wife, (girlfriend at the time), the bungalow that she rented had a big problem in the loft/cavities with mice.... Thankfully never inside the living space but was cheap to rent lol!!!

I bought something similar to the below and baited it with Peanut butter with great success. 2-3 traps a night was not uncommon.
