Birthday Woes ?
Happy Birthday to me , 71 today ! Has been less than a happy time, lost £205 to the scammer on here and now have had £450 taken out of my bank account by someone else. To be fair the bank have agreed too reimburse me, but feeling a little vulnerable these days as the world we live in becomes a very scary place.
At least Small bought me a nice bottle of single malt, good for her Thumbs Up 1983 Series 3 Pick up in Marine Blue

As per Silver Back’s comment, I find that most people are decent and honest, just going about their lives like the rest of us and trying to do right by friends and family, whilst earning a crust. Whenever I have the misfortune of stumbling across a less than decent human being, I try to remind myself that they are in the minority and don’t allow them to cast a shadow, and flavour my perception, over the other good people I am yet to meet.
