They are also used in the marine industry for securing windows. Try a chandlers. There is quite a good one in Preston Brook opposite the council yard.

Its a sash window lock. Try an old fashioned Hardware Store, they will have loads of them. 2007 90 Puma - Love it - Best car I have ever owned.
