R380 Gearbox swap, what else to do while its out?
I'm looking at getting an R380 with the short bellhousing for my 200 Tdi at the end of November, both from Ashcroft.

What else should I look at replacing or upgrading while the gearbox is out? 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW
1956 Series 1 Hard-top
1958 Series 1 Soft-top

input driver seal LT230 transfer box also check input gear splines on your transfer box may not cross drilled
