I'm sure I saw this on FB a while ago. I believe the story behind it was a guy in India (?) who wanted a Defender but didn't have the money or parts available so made his own from what he could find.
It was hideous but, if the stories true, it wasn't a bad attempt for a completely self-made vehicle. This isn't the bloke who made a Peugeot 206 back in 2008 (ish) out of another car is it, as if it is I think he's done a marvellous job considering it started out life as a Morris Oxford !!!!
