Dead Radio
Hey there,
Looking for some advice on my 110s radio, it won't turn on at all. The previous owner installed it..... I was having an issue with the battery dying over night when I first got it so I had whipped it out, and it turned out to be a leisure battery like what you find in a caravan. So I got rid of it and put in a normal battery but with that came a dead radio.
I'm not sure whether the radio died when the battery originally died or when I changed to a different battery. I've checked the fuses at the back of the radio and in the box, the wiring behind the radio is all intact bar some slight corrosion.
I've only ever had normal LR radios where I just put the code in after a dead battery and its good to go. Has anyone has a similar experience with a non LR radio? I know its 'how long is a piece of string.'

not sure if it will help but if no lights come on to the radio then that may point to a power supply issue - try connecting another radio to see if that works, check the fuse in the back of the radio to see if that is the problem,
check the fuse on the central fuse box to see if that has blownPoppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html

The fuses are all good, even replaced them just incase. Going to try find another radio to test, see if Halfrauds will let me use one.
