We are going to be running our annual Wales trip over the weekend 10- & 11 Feb 2018 based out of the Metropole Hotel & Spa : https://www.metropole.co.uk/ As with previous years it will be a meet on the Saturday evening for dinner and a chance to get to know everyone with the guided greenlane trip on the Sunday. approx 0900-1800hrs duration. There are plenty of pictures and reports on here, FB and our website from previous events http://www.4x4adventures.co.uk/_main/_reports17/170218_laning.htm which should give you a feel for the routes and what to expect. Routes are suitable for standard vehicles with OEM tyres, we are not mud plugging but will be transiting sustainable gravel/rock tracks that offer great scenery and technical sections. This event has been well supported from here in the past and the places tend to go quickly. We are looking at running no more than two groups of 6 vehicles, places are given on a first come basis. The event is £240 per vehicle for 2 people which includes, TPL, Hotel DB&B, guided trip. You can book extra people in for the meal/hotel Sat and/or also take extra nights (Fri/Sun) as required. Having been on two of these weekends I can throughly recommend them.
Great hotel, great routes and great company. In fact I'm tempted again  2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

I’m really keen for this but have a wedding the Saturday! Presumably it’s acceptable to turn up just for the Sunday?

finally managed to book onto one of these.
not sure what motor we will be using.is a 130 to big? ill try and bring some Northern weather down to brighten things up. |
