Before you start going too far down the dismantling route, have you checked that all of the connectors including the one to the dash panel are full pushed home?

Nope I'll double check as that's a fair point, but just figured bulbs are out because I've had a few not working when I bought it

The TD5 warning lights are LED and not removable. I doubt that they have actually stopped functioning however, the issue is likely to be the wiring or switch/sensor on the end.
If it is the handbrake light then it is probably the wire detached or damaged as it is quite exposed to damage under the seatbox. Failing that it will be the switch on the level. A quick test is to remove the rubber gator from the handbrake lever, remove the spade terminal from the switch and touch it/ use a length of wire to connect it onto one of the mounting bolts to connect directly to earth. With the ignition on this should illuminate the light. Which other lights are not working? Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

1.If you lift the centrer seat front and remover the metal plate handbrake light cable can be fond with small black
inline connector you can test wiring and Instrument panel LED by earthing none handbrake switch end cable to the transfer box with key switched in position two handbrake Instrument panel LED shod light if not check fuse 15, 5 amp passenger compartment and also earthing cable on driver side transfer box 2. Also test low Fluid level brake switch on top of brake master cylinder with key switched in position two handbrake Instrument panel LED shod light 3. if test all ok next check handbrake switched one end earth to side of the handbrake on the seat box, handbrake switched also has short length cable with inline connector |

not 100% sure will need to try and test them all one by one , perhaps its just the handbrake |

Click image to enlarge So looks like I found the issue, where is it supposed to be connected? I've also got another slight problem In that I can't get my air flow adjusters to light up either side of instrument panel. I've changed the bulbs to led and they still don't work, wiring looks ok too. What is the best way to test? Click image to enlarge |
