Last time I was there, there were a few heated screens on offer - I may well be after one myself!

All I have to do now is persuade the daughter and, of course, the Fun Prevention Officer that she 'needs' to go back to Uni on the Saturday, leaving me free to do LR stuff on the Sunday...

This is not good news!

I've just had an email about a big local car show which is just down the road from the show ground.
They obviously know something?..... Big Cry

SHALBOURNE CLASSIC CAR SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELLED

We have just been informed that Shalbourne Classic Car Show that was due to take place this Sunday 1st October, has been cancelled. See organisers message below.

It is with great regret that we have taken the decision to cancel this years car show. On Sunday we will be on the receiving end of torrential rain and high winds, which is the tail end of the two storms that have caused devastation in the Caribbean and US. This will be followed by a week of heavy rain making the consideration of a weeks postponement a no go.
Massive thank you to all who volunteered to help with the build up, and on the weekend. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

We will all be driving Land Rovers Laughing

Seriously though, turnout will be rubbish if it's chucking it down. Darren

I live 10 mins away from the show ground, and I can honestly say I've never known anything to be canceled due to the weather!

They built the 2 barns and the hard standing on the site for this very purpose.
I also can't see Mark cancelling, due to the loss of revenue?

Who knows?

There is always Malvern coming up soon Thumbs Up 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"
