Very cool number plate a car not a landrover though!
Spotted this this afternoon in my local Waitrose. I suppect the plate alone cost more than all my cars put together Shocked

Probably a garage owner trying to sell it but using it in the mean time, he's probably got trade plates in the car just Incase he gets stopped that he should be displaying. Ray

Not bothered I expect, has the attitude I'll just pay the paltry fine if need be.
Much like buying a cup of tea to some if they are wealthy.

Having said that, some judges know this and use punishment instead of a financial punishment if they believe they are very wealthy.
Or proportional fine dependant on income. Laughing
