Another 110 this time a county towing D type Jaguar picked up from wales ,the owner lived in a full blown castle with a moat a under ground swimming pool and huge collection of classic car's ,I sold this and a Porsches 944 to help pay for our house which left us with a very small mortgage .Why I ever went off roading in the 110 I don't know but it did wash up nice and I sold it to a x policeman who was then a full time bee keeper .I hope he did not think I stung him

I know I have been mainly showing pictures of past Land Rovers so I thought I will put a few of my latest toy.I have purchased a MOMO steering wheel and Opitmill boss and quick release for the 90 when I fitted the wheel I thought a bit of yellow would not go a miss so after a search in to the depths of the work shop found these yellow sealing rings ,the wife likes them so that worries me

I thought I would change the heading as it was not leading way I thought it would and is more about my cars than others and why they bought them.So here my 90 with my new caravan.

Awesome car!
Angry Pumas is one of the better (IMO) Puma Facebook pages. Quite a good place for photos, spotted, basic question, more technical stuff here is best. The guy who spotted you has a lovely Urban Truck 110 shown here... From super cars to a series 3 these pictures were taken over at Thamesmead when it first opened it was a lovely large site with just about very sort of ground conditions .
Click image to enlarge This was my first Land Rover built for off roading ,four Weller 16" steel wheels fitted with 7.50 sat's,bucket seat and after that dip a snorkel was made and fitted. Click image to enlarge The snorkel was made from lorry turbo intercooler pipes. The red 109 was nearly on it's side and I just managed to pull him out,Thamesmead was all about recovering and being recovered |
