No bezzels or mirror arms changed, by the way, the extended arms are not good over 110 km/hr. But the rear mud flaps are other history: So much gravel roads destroy the joint of the mudflap with the outside panel , so I need to reinforce it to put again the mudflaps Cheers Eduardo MY 2007 110 SW PUMA 2.4: Big Fog of 64' MY 1994 Jayco 1207 Folding camper: "El Tremendo" Click image to enlarge |

my flaps broke quite a while ago while going on sticky clay roads in N. Spain..fixed them somehow, they will probably break soon though 2008 Defender 110 60 year Edition (sold unfortunately)

Can you see the bezels with the lamp surrounds in place? Or do you have to take the surrounds off to see them? I'm about to change my headlights and guessing that the bezels will probably need replacing too if they have such a tendency to corrode (as with so many other bits!)

Neither replaced yet but my headlamp surrounds are rotten
I will get them sorted at the next service unless I can find some stainless ones first. Bob |

Of all the things that have been replaced by Matfords on mine the headlight bezles and mirror arms have never been done. My headlight rings got so bad they cracked the headllights so i did them myself after banging my head on the service desk
I replaced mine with stainless steel replacement ones for a classic mini job done no rust and a nice shinny look instead of black flakky paint and rust, i recomend cibie headlight conversions aswell they are loads better than the wipac ones. My mirror arms have some lovelly bubbly blisters on them. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough. he never said anything I noticed the unit was all loose whilst cleaning the truck a few days later 2.4 90 XS 1968 1/32 scale Britains 109 Pick up. |

Bezels were replaced at 2nd service on my '07 Puma. Those on the new vehicle are ok so far but the mudflap brackets are now peeling and rusting. Steve.
