Looks tidy, I like it, I've been looking at the m.o.d. Surplus sites, prices are certainly up from 6 months ago

Hi cheers ours is 31 years old and the chassis is solid and has had no repairs done to it,we guess it's been abroad for most of its service life, the beauty of somewhere like withams is there's often a choice so if you go prepared with overalls and a head torch you can choose the best there is,definitely make you're move sooner rather than later

Hi I've done some tidying up recently,I've taken the heater out and cleaned up underneath it was surprisingly good under there just 3 small scabs which I cleaned up with my dremel to bare metal and filled with Devcon plastic steel amazing stuff, then repainted the area and refitted the heater with 2 new seals fiddly to fit the bulkhead one but it was a job well done, then I decided to clean the rear crossmember as the NATO green paint was flaking all over,,I removed all the fittings and cleaned it with a flappy disc with good results, very light surface rust which cleaned up totally, and I primered it and all the fittings and repainted in satin black and refitted the fittings using stainless bolts I guess they should be painted but I like the look of it with them unpainted, and yesterday I cleaned up the rear axle washed it Friday with hot soapy water then yesterday I gently used a wire brush and wire wool to clean off any flaking paint then repainted with satin black and the diff pan I did in satin white really pleased with the end result,I really would like to paint the chassis it has very light surface rust and has had no repairs done to it at all,my mate has a 4 post ramp and we've been all over it and would really like to keep it this way

Looks very neat... I'm with you on the naked bolts.. I like the contrast and they look smart.
