Keep me in the loop, something I'm considering as well. Two DCPU 3.2s, awesome... Thumbs Up Monsieur Le Grenadier

Hi,

I have the same problem with posts.
I'm into buying a transit 3.2 engine or maybe a complete van.

Steve, you can sort out wiring? I'm from Slovenia, is it enough, that I send you the ECU?

Please PM with the details.

Regards,
Bostjan

Not seen much about the 3.2 conversion lately. Is anybody aware of progress in making the much more readily available ranger engine fit or know of anyone able to do the conversion with out spending £15000 . After 190000 miles towing 3.5 t my 2.4 is getting tired.

reaching out to Big Steve on this Please
hello bigSteve, hope all is well
Quick question for you if you don’t mind. I’m looking at doing a 2.4 puma LHD to a 3.2 transit swap on my 2009 defender 110.
I see some forums are telling me to change out the gear box and some are saying I can use the 2.4 gearbox. Any advise? I do have the upgraded HD gear box adapter from syncrogearboxes already.
This should be able to handle the torque?
Maybe I would need to upgrade the slave cylinder? To handle the extra hydraulic flow?

whats the best way i can reach out to you and contact you please. i am a Canadian living in Qatar and would like to get this conversion started. i have a 2013/14 0km 3.2 ford transit engine ready to go. also gettting the ECU and wiring harness built as we speak from Dan Pradmore in the UK, with the support of Pete Bell of BAS Remap.

please reach out. my or PM me. im also on InstGram under@ginger_defender_project you can message me there as well.

@big steve I'm interested in a proven 2.2 to 3.2 conversion kit safely delivering over 250hp and 600Nm in extremely hot weather. Let me know how to connect as the DM/email option didn't work thru this forum
