Series 111 wheels would be limestone rather than white.

Lots available secondhand, eBay etc about £10 each.

Is your series 111 long or short wheelbase. Original spec SWB wheels are narrower than lwb but depends what size tyres you want to fit.
You could get later Defender tubeless rims and paint them limestone to allow use of tubeless tyres.

I've got a set of 5x swb series rims with 600x16 tyres on that I'll be disposing of soon if your interested. They would be original size for a swb series vehicle. Wheels need a repaint though. Pm me if interested and I'll sort some pics out. Or you can see them on my Ninety in the 'My Defender' section thread called 'My 1984 Ninety'. Instagram: l90andy
