Mostly 25-30deg at around 1500'. Most of route was at 2500' and above. Highest camp we did was 7000' and light dusting of snow in the morning! 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

We did a mix of both. Sometimes we used a site to give the children a pool, as a black 130 in 38deg for 7hrs is not too hospitable! 1951 80" S1 2.0

Looking back at this again Familymad with great interest. Just wondering what age your children are and how they cope with overlanding? I love the idea of trips just like this but suspect my kids 6 & 8, who don't yet have an appreciation of scenery is a little offputting. James

They loved it. Stand out holiday for them. 9/11/13yrs. Loads to do and see. Fun bouncing around but journey down was a mare at nearly 19hrs. Apart from that couldn't recommend it more. 1951 80" S1 2.0

We are going in early June '19, but not planned anything yet. Just booked the time off work. I'm hopeful Santa will bring me the Vibraction road book. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Well, Santa didn't bring me the Vibraction road book, so I had to buy it myself! Have got the Vibraction gpx route loaded into Locus Maps. Roll on June.
I would be eternally gratefully if anyone has any useful routes, or anything else they might be willing to share 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS |
