Exceptional condition but really what would you do with it, if rich I suppose you could have it as a toy to play about with. Over the years I have seen many photos of this Land Rover.
However if I was rich I would be bidding on this beauty from Bonhams https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24122/pre...amp;page=1 For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

The Knobbly does look more fun.
The cuthbertson parts look in pretty good nick. The Series II has a number of things on the restoration that would annoy me if paying £50,000 for it. A battery clamp would be nice for start before I even get into real rivet counting territory. 1995 Defender 110 CSW 1971 SIIA Lightweight |

Nice but not an accurate restoration, loads of details are wrong at a quick glance.
With such a limited market it's a shame it's not been correctly restored (in my opinion!) |

It appears to be held in with a cable tie There's something seriously wrong with the front bumper, too. Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |
