hello,

can someone help me with the "from ..." "upto..." codes in a partsbook?

United Kingdom 1998 Defender 90 V8 Petrol 50th Auto Chawton White
It is to do with your chassis number, if your chassis number is before HA905230 you need MUC4299 and if your chassis number is after HA905231 you need ALR2220. Although it looks like both part numbers have been superseded to JAE000030 but I would check that with somebody like Dan @ Duckworths http://www.defender2.net/forum/member-duck...afbc449a96 Thumbs Up

Wales 2007 Defender 90 Other CSW Trident Green
Makes no difference, either part number will fit, one seal sticks to the bulkhead the other one sticks to the flap, both to be honest are rubbish at stopping water ingress., though the later one is marginally better as it has a self adhesive backing but both will fit OK. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..
