Lucca from DPD is a star,
Polite, friendly (even fusses the dog ) Most of out Posties are great both they change there rounds a lot, My Hermes and parcel force are on the other end of the spectrum sadly, I recently had some potted laurel bushes delivered for a job, One box containing six of the fifteen plants was badly damaged, The drivers reply was "what do you expect sending plants in the post" and promptly shut his van doors and roared off That's another bug bear of mine, I truest appreciate the drivers have wayyyy more drops than possible most days, But I live in a village, most of it has no paths or street lights ( which is why I love living here) but they roar round like there is no tomorrow! And yes I have fed this back to the companies involved , but stipulated it is mainly down to the number of drops expected in my opinion |
