any independent lr specialist should be able to do it for beer tokens if you supply the fob. only takes about 10 min. You need to have all the fobs available as any not there will be forgotten by the ecu. You can use second hand fobs too.

Ive got a LR specialist just down the road from me but they will probably charge the £50 an hour cost just to do 10 minute job! Truck never came with any fobs and the Alarm/immobiliser is all switched off, I have a new fob I just need to pair the fob and switch the Alarm/ immobiliser back on with a diagnostics plug in! My own Plug in doesn't do the 10AS module programming

It's worth asking them, if you get them in a good mood they might do it for a beer. If you only have one fob then i would get another one so you have a spare and get them programmed at the same time. Any Rover 3TXB or 17TN fob will work they're peanuts on ebay. (2TXA fob's 'might' work too, but the B and TN ones do for sure)
