Thank you sir!

Think somebody might have pipped me to it but I've expressed my interest!

Got the side air vent today in gloss black its a hurricane type one, quite like it shinier than the old one. Won it in an eBay auction may change to KBX in the future but will do for now Thumbs Up

EDIT:

Just took a photo..

Its from this kit bit i managed to grab it for £13 posted as they had a random auction for it on its own Smile

With regards to the snow cowel is this a problem on both grills or just the one as I noticed yours on the passenger side only from memory? Looks smart though I like it!

On the cubby box note i'm torn I want one but we have a proper harness so little rusty can sit strapped in the middle seat with a nice view. As i bought this for the functionality of carting the dog around and going on country walks etc. I think I'd get told off If I got rid of the dogs seat Laughing

Snow cowl just one side mate the other side is just blanked off! However some people put these on
http://www.kbxupgrades.co.uk/kbx-defender-high-force.php

You could put one on the drivers side wing top along with a nice side air intake!

Just seen your posting re the side air intakes - you must have posted it while I was writing this post!!

You can't change Rusty's seat for a cubby mate it just wouldn't be fair on the poor ole boy... Laughing Thumbs Up 2010 Defender 90 HT

Great minds indeed - I need some of those side vents and those lovely black side steps you got there mate... Thumbs Up

Mines in today having new insurance approved alarm and tracking unit.... when I dropped it off yesterday I couldn't help noticing some nice under seat subwoofers that would bolt perfectly behind the cubby to the bulkhead! My current Rainbow blow up a week or so ago and althouth I've got some good speakers (Rainbow) the base just isn't there so I told them to fit a new sub while it's in! Then I called them back and told them to fit two, one behind each seat.... Whistle Laughing!!

That should belt out the Barry White and Tim McGraw on my play list..... Rolling with laughter 2010 Defender 90 HT

The speakers sound a good idea may look into that!!

Well just ordered a SS Decat and SS Centre Silencer Replacement for LOUD NOISES!!!

Going to pick them up tomorrow from Paddock Spares as its only half hour from me, take the dog a walk whilst out that way too then!

May get chance to fit it Sunday as the girlfriend at work all day, maybe take her for dinner tomorrow actually so she doesn't feel done over by the defender.

Cheers Butchers!

I love it, really glad i got the black wheel nuts and those centre caps think they compliment it well. I can't wait to get the exhaust on hoping to make it happen on the sunday on my dads ramp but not sure if there will be a customer car on it or not yet so maybe another weekend.

Haha Defender Twins!!

Just want to get the KBX Grille and surrounds now and the LEDS and i think it will be looking cracking (short term plans) many more to come long term!

I even bought the missus some fancy overpriced shampoo and conditioner to be in good books haha!!

This weekend will comprise of:

- Fit Hurricane Gloss Black Side Vent
- Fit Gloss Black Mirror Covers
- Pick up decat and straight thru centre pipe (fit sunday if ramp available)
- Remove Chequer plate for inspection.
- Wash and wax.
- Measure up and order materials for rear loading space build.

Does the cap just go over the existing one then or do you remove the existing one?

I assumed I needed to undo the bolt underneath?

I got the rubber off but the existing cover is still on really tight? I ran out of time so had to chuck the rubber back on!

Panoramic windows maybe one day! Best not for now haha
