""The bulkhead has no corrossion at all. The footwell are rusted free and in very good condition.""
She deserves a good price for the effort alone. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Awesome. Especially the sound effects of running the pheasant over.

Great ad.
She is quite well known in the used car / leasing world. Quite a character and all her ads are like that. It certainly gets her noticed and that is the point. She used to have (probably still does) a missile launcher on her lot (will try to find a photo) Her web site is worth a look but, a word of warning, it may cause fits or an instant headache https://www.lingscars.com Last edited by Mr Fox on 1st Jul 2017 7:11am. I've met Ling and can confirm she was totally mad, she also went on Dragons den and I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't turn up here after she has been mentioned

I certainly can't see anything obviously IIA about it, the whole front end, bulkhead and cab appears to be S3 and generally consistent with the registration sufffix displayed. KM speedo is an anomaly. One of the questions on eBay is from a previous owner who says he rebuilt it. The real oddity seems to be why does it have a 1965 chassis number plate? Could it be a genuine S3 which has had a '65 identity swap to qualify for HV road fund? Seems possible to me. |
