Mine arrived today Mr. Green !

Fitted it and took it for a spin.... Very comfy although I think it would've benefited from having a cushion top! My arm kept bouncing around over the bumps hitting my funny bone which wasn't funny in the end..... Big Cry

More suited to long journeys IMHO as it hampered me turning the wheel while driving around town in an already tight cockpit. Having said that I left it there!

It comes in a nice bag to keep it in.... Thumbs Up

Verdict... Pleased I got it and it will get a lot of use! Would I recommend it... yes!

I ordered a Black & Silver badge for the armrest this afternoon from MUD and MUD kindly said we will not charge you any postage as you have bought the armrest. Mud what a star Thumbs Up if only other suppliers were as such.

They also said that because they have had so many enquires over the last two days about the badges they are thinking of puting a link on the armrest web page so people can combine the order for badge and armrest. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Hmpf! They wanted 8 quid to post the badge here. I had it sent to the MIL in Kent again. I do hope this doesn't mean I'll have to speak to her Shocked

Test drove the new armrests today, took a little getting use too as it obviously alters your hand position on the steering wheel.

I sit close to the wheel and have never struggled with the cabin area even on 6 hr plus drives but doing an hour with the armrests in place certainly changed the dynamics and position for myself within the cabin.

As my daily drive I wont be leaving these in place for ordinary journeys but for longer trips on straighter roads i.e Motorways or A roads I can see the advantages but when driving Wesctcountry lanes involving alot of turning of the steering wheel at present they seem to inhibit my driving style.

Still a great idea and are more comfortable in the right application, cleverly made and very useful that they can easily be removed and kept in the storage bag supplied.

Hope this feedback helps. 2015 HT XS 90
