Hello all,
Interesting creak developed last week, took a while to find, had to strap myself under the vehicle and have the missus drive us over a few cattle stops...  anyhoo so it's emanating from some rear suspension and anti roll bar bushes as far as I can tell.
I think it's time to do a complete bush swap on the vehicle by now and I'm keen on the SuperPro bush kit: https://www.firstfour.co.uk/superpro-polyu...07-on.html But I've figured out it only contains the following - (BLUE is SuperPro part#, GREEN is LR original part#): Panhard Rod Bush Kit SPF1803K RBX101340 Front Radius Arm Rear Bushes SPF0206K ANR6971 Front Radius Arm Front Bushes SPF0195K NTC6781 Rear Trailing Arm to Chassis Bushes SPF0323K NTC9027 Rear Trailing Arm to Axle Bushes SPF0129K NTC1772 Rear A Frame Bushes SPF0128AK ANR4164 And not the rest of the bushes, which includes the ones making the noise. I figure I'll just get the gen/OEM rubber for the easy ones... Also, the Antiroll bar mounts seem really sturdy, are they for instance necessary to swap out over time? Searching the site looking for info on A frame bushings/replacement, noticed a duplicate in your first post (A-framey-thingybob is included in the SuperPro kit in bold). Cant answer your questions, but I would like to know the answers. Anyone?!

That was a while ago, I got a bunch of bushes, installed some then got busy on the rest, I'm away from the vehicle and garage for a few months too - maybe that's a typo, not sure - sorry, not much help! Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants... |

I'll run this through
The superpro bushes can be done with a very sturdy vice in insert and getting the old metalastiks out can also be done without a press but it makes the job 10 times longer. I'm blessed to have a 15 ton floor press in the shed and when I superopro'd my old 90 it made the job 1000% easier. The: Radius arms - axle Trailing - axle A frame upper arms - chassis Top Rear Damper are all single piece bushes and the ones hardest to insert. The are a snug fit but this is what makes them best on the market too. As I said a big vice or a press makes this an easy task and i'll guess very very hard work if nigh on impossible without. RE the rear antiroll bar bushes. I assume you mean the big 'D' shape bushes on to the chassis? If you can physically by hand move them then yes I'd consider worn but a small amount of movement in the bush itself is fine. The bush should be snug around the bar but if there is a gap then no it's worn. Mostly it is the smaller bushes on the actual drop links them selves have play long before the main chassis ones |
