[For Sale] Defender 110 utility XS 2013 only 23000 miles

I'm selling my 110 xs utility. It's a 2013 2.2 dpf with a few extras:-

Galvanised roof rack with galvanised wire mesh floor - you can safely walk on the roof rack!
Rear galvanised access ladder
Full height dog guard (genuine)
Front Seat risers x 2
Wind deflectors (not fitted but new and available with it)
30 mm hub centric spacers
Rear corner bumpers ( heavy duty type)
Steering guard
Mantec snorkle
Full rubber mat set inc boot area
Sound deadening to cabin floor and boot sides
Front bumper with driving and headlights (although these could do with replacing)
Original bumper included
Original XS Side steps are included but not currently fitted (easy to refit as all bolts are included)
Variable height tow bar with hitch and pin hook and twin electrics. Original tow bar also available with the car.
Original boost alloys and tyres (all good - spare never used)
Full set Landrover seat covers
Genuine mud flaps front and rear (with the rears fitted with additional supports).
Cluthclaw and disklok included
Dinitrol extensively applied!
Fitted with the '99' relay for variable intermittent wipe

Only 23300 miles (will rise slightly as in daily use) and full service history. No faults at all. Mot last Jan.
Last service in August 2016 by myself and all oils and filters were changed and dinitrol applied.

Being an XS it has part leather seats, aircon, heated front seats, heated front and rear windscreens.
It's has a DAB radio / cd fitted but will also come with an original Alpine head unit
Both sets of keys present
VAT paid

First reg 30/4/2013. V5c present.

All original handbooks present

I'm asking £29500 Ono with all the extras but open to offers....it's in excellent condition inside and out.

It's aintree metallic green.

I'm in Rutland but travel to Bedford regularly, so can be seen in either place.

I got them from Craddocks. They were on eBay. They reminded me of the stage 1 v8 I learned to drive in all those years ago!

2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Orkney Grey

Might be worth speaking to the likes of Ben Digby at The Thatched Garage, or LR Motors (Twisted), even some LR Dealers are offering good money. Just a thought.
