Aftermarket DAB to existing radio
Hi all,

I'd like to fit an aftermarket DAB kit to my existing Kenwood radio (cheapish bluetooth job). I have aux in so that isn't a problem.

I was wondering if anybody has a recommendation for a kit (DAB plus aerial as don't currently have one for FM). I did search to start, but all threads I could see are about dedicated DAB head units or aerials for DAB.

Thanks in advance TD5 Defender 90

Do you especially want to keep the "Cheapish Kenwood bluetooth job"?
If not then there are DAB head units for less than £100 now?

I have had a pioneer DAB/FM/CD/USB/Aux in/Bluetooth radio for some time and its the best upgrade that I have ever made in the cab.
The DAB works well with the clear and multiple stations, the FM is rarely used now, nor is the CD, but the Bluetooth and MP3 usb port are in use all the time.
Hands free calls and music streaming all help on long journeys
all for around £120 from Amazon or Halfords.

go for it ! Thumbs Up Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html
