I'm going to install either a mud dash center console or a raptor dash so I can put a few choice gauges in, the one im struggling with is EGT, can anyone recommend a brand that has a 52mm EGT gauge in its range that won't look out of place in an old Defender (no LED...etc)?
I like VDO but I can't seem to find it for sale in the UK and the kit looks pretty pricey either way (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VDO-12v-PYROMETE...Sw1-RUadFx): Ideally I would like something which goes up to 1650F or 900C? |

I am tempted with the kit from Oz on eBay. Comes with a vdo boost and egt gauge plus egt sensor. I have a question out to them regarding whether they sell bar boost gauges...

Okay i'll keep you in mind huffhuff
Yeah I guess a boost gauge would be useful too, seems extreme that we need to import from Aus so hopefully i'll be able to source from somewhere closer? Last edited by Kit on 2nd Apr 2017 6:19pm. Edited 1 time in total |

I'm more concerned by the kit turning up without parts or it fails 6 months down the line 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW

The Madman gauges are about to go up in price by quite a bit. I have been in touch with Bredan for the past 3 months or so. Good news is that they have apprently made it to the UK from SA, but the exchange rate is terrible... Still waiting for the gauges to be released... |
