Just be careful about loading the trailer.

Also be careful buying second hand just in case it has been 'kerbed' Can making towing 'entertaining'

Have two twin Ifor trailers and they tow well.

Have used a James triple axle as long as it was correctly loaded it was fine.

Had to rescue someone who was using a hired car trailer. What a bag of unsafe poo that was.

Thanks guys for the help, need to do more research looking to buy 2 car trailers at the moment one for england and the other for dubai. Just last year had my granddads car towed due to the hydraulics failing as the car wasn't driven or started for 8 months. Couldn't find a recovery truck that would be able to lift the whole car as we live in central london, moving around is difficult when you have a big truck in the city. We found this at short notice.

While loading the exhausts scraped the tarmac below and damage was done to both exhausts, got them replaced. Big Cry

Even when driving the car of the recovery truck was hard enough luckily no damage to the undercarriage.

Going to forward these pictures and get some more information from the car trailers manufacturers.

Intersting thread, as I hope to buy some kind of General Purpose trailer soon, maybe can't quite afford a new one, but its nice to see the reccomendations. I want something big enough to take a Landrover at least! 2011 110 USW
