Had one for years and as the hat is guaranteed for life against any faults even losing it in wind I will have one for many years to come. Best type of hat there is for rain sun and wind.
Mine is an Airflo For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

I have to confess to having been tempted by the Tilley hats in Fishers but I do own 2 Volvos, a C30 and a C70 in addition to my Landrovers.

Had one for years, great hat although these days I usually wear a Barbour baseball cap. I don't suit hats / caps or any other type of headgear according to my daughter

Galling that it is my daughter can make any sort of headgear look great I once challenged her to make a hat out of a black bin liner, she did and it looked fab on her

Got my Tilley at 40, still very delighted with it. It's the hemp TH5 and wouldn't be without it now. I've worn hats since I was a boy and have had probably 50 or 60 since then, but the Tilley is definitely the best.

Ah go ahead they are react hats. I bought mine twenty odd years ago in Llangollen and it has been all over the world with me, jungles, deserts, Arctic archipelago and every field trip I have ever done for work. Top hat and makes all men look dashing and intrepid...

Must be age related, got mine just a few months before my 40th... wear it all the time since.
Keeping an emergency tenner in the pocket of the hat has saved my life a couple of times too. |
