Snapchat editor or sketchpad.io may do the trick.
You can just use a pen tool to scribble over it. I don't display mine online either, to easy to clone! No Guts, No Glory. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Anyone wishing to clone a vehicle can just find a black (or whatever colour) 90/110 etc in a car park and make a note of the number plate.....it could well be yours in Tesco's (other supermarkets are available)

Yes, but there is no need to display it for the sake of it imo. No Guts, No Glory.

Yes anyone can walk around Tesco's car park and take down numbers but why make it easy for them. I don't publish photos of my cars unless I erase the registration number Defender 90XS SW

I always find editing number plates out etc in the Photos part of iPad is very easy. Cluck the edit button, then there's an icon at the botttom of a column of icons that looks like a circle with 3 dots. Click that then cluck "mark up" .
This opens a menu at the bottom, on the far left is a pen type thing. Click that and use your finger to put lines on the picture. There is a circle in the middle of the menu which shows what colour the "mark up" will be so cluck that and you can choose your colour. I don't think this is any more difficult than other apps or programs you'd have to download. However the functionality is not that obvious so hopefully this will be helpful to you and or others. |

Little bit of googling and it seems you can download an app to do it.... http://hidemyplate.info/
Not used it as I'm an old fashioned Windows MS Paint person, but would seem to do the job. It makes me laugh when people hide numbers. Do you cover up your plate when you drive it around? Thousands more eyes looking on the roads than on here

Thanks for that, I've just downloaded it to my iPad and am very impressed by what it can do, free, and how easy it was to figure out A great pointer, thanks again! |
