Try rubbing some of TJ101's shampoo on the affected area, should deter the little aussie chap Mr. Green

I tried finding the posts you are talking about but cant see any detail regarding the "chuffing" noise. Can you send a link or something.?

Just got my Puma and noticed the same "noise" and want to make sure something is not about to break somewhere

think the penny dropped today?

you know that sound you get when you shut the door which I think is the result of the door flexing and slamming at the bottom?

well could the engine at certain revs cause the bottom of the door to resonate and hence the noise?
