I think it is only 130km between zeeburge and calais so it will depend where in the UK you are to save 600+ miles

As you can see me & Brendan are in Yorkshire so from here to Dover is around a 500 mile round trip + the extra mileage to the show.
Quite easily be around the 600 mark by the end of the trip Wink

Also avoids missing the circular car park known as the M25.

According to the AA it would take us about 5 hours at an average of 60 mph to Dover via the M25 Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

If we hit the M25 at about 02:00 we might be able to do it otherwise we would be looking at what 8+ hours?

Then again there is a reasonable number of people in the UK who lives in the north of the UK rather then in the south east! Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner

We are based on Fylde coast, west lanc's so presently not decided which would be better option, Hull to Zee, or down to tunnel and Calais Confused

Flyde to Dover is about 200 miles further then Flyde to Hull

Plus extra mileage in Europe means a extra 500+ miles on round trip and a potential overnight stay somewhere both ways, dare I mention the circular car park?

Zeebrugge to Bad Kissingen 410 miles

Calais to Bad Kissingen 463 miles

We normally take the 'pretty' route to Bad Kissingen and stop over at a very nice hotel. We make the journey an enjoyable part of the trip.
