I have a Late March 2010 Defender 90. Have there been any ECU updates since then and has anybody any details regarding the updates

i think the code was qt06 - not sure what it fixed but my 2010 -110 - ice edition is upto date with ecu programmes

There was also an update out within the last couple of weeks that address an issue landrover have ongoing.

EGR is the addressed
Not sure about PDI, i suppose it depends on if they need to program the pcm and how uptodate they have the tool. Pete |

Like Pete said its EGR, I don't get it back until tomorrow but I am 90% sure it will not make any difference.

When your car goes to a dealer (for anything) they are SUPPOSED to plug it in, clear faults and update...many dont!
At a service, they are again supposed to do that (i found they didnt the last time for me. I have recently wondered what happens to updates outside of warranty and dealer services/interaction...i suppose there would be a charge?? or it doesnt get done? Mike |
