Regretfully I am having to sell my Td5 110 CSW. I changed jobs at the end of last year and the travelling I am now having to do has left me with no choice, I am hoping to stay in the LR family though as am hoping to get an early Disco 4 to replace my Defender.
Defender 110 County Station Wagon 2004 Td5 with 70,000 miles. MOT due in November. 3 owners including myself and full service history until I took ownership 2 years ago. Since then I have done all the servicing myself and have the receipts to prove it! I have spent approx 4k on it since I have had it and have a box file full of receipts covering parts and accessories. All parts I have used are brand new and are either Genuine LR or quality OEM (no Britpart). The chassis is in fantastic condition, exterior has been waxoiled regularly and also treated internally with Dinitrol. I have spared no expense in maintaining or improving it. Whilst in my ownership it has only towed a small lightweight trailer doing the odd run to the tip and has not done any serious off roading with only two green laning trips. To be open and honest there are a couple of light scratches and blemishes here and there on the bodywork but no dents. It is used daily and is in very good condition. The whole family will be sad to see it go but I cannot afford to keep it and also buy a more comfortable motorway car for work, let alone be able to store two cars. Maintenance. Whilst in my ownership I have replaced the following: All the fluids and filters Suspension springs with OEM springs Suspension dampers with Koni Heavy Tracks Suspension bushes with full Superpro kit and all related nuts and bolts Full Nakatenega Stainless bolt and screw replacement Rear sliding window runners with woolies trim replacements External window seals on all four doors Injector loom Bearings, hub seals, Stub axles, Swivel seals and ancillaries for all four corners Battery with heavy duty variant Accessories: Snorkel Bullbar MCB 4x4 full roof rack and ladder KC Hilites Driving Lamps WIPAC Crystal headlights (have kept original headlamps if wanted to fit back in) Boomslang headlight loom Labcraft Scenelite rear LED worklamp Bluesea Aux fusebox under passenger seat Mountney leather steering wheel (have kept original wheel if wanted to fit back in) Full length rock sliders with jacking points Aluminium steering guard Front diff guard Wild bear rear diff guard Kenwood head unit with DAB, USB and bluetooth handsfree Mudstuff tunnel tray with USB and cigar lighter socket Boost Alloys General Grabber AT2 tyres Genuine rear speakers in genuine surrounds (have kept original metal corner plates if wanted to fit back in) Alive tuning EGR bypass kit (Have kept EGR if wanted to fit back in) Mantec swingaway wheel carrier Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I will get some more photos over the weekend including the chassis and the interior 15,500 ONO Last edited by stooby do on 19th Dec 2024 3:39pm. Some pics of the inside and the chassis. I have taken out the two rear most seats to fit all our camping gear in but still have the seats and all fixings.
